i think boxing is a good exercise. and for women, if you want to slim down, boxing is perfect for you. boxing does not have to be applied in fights, you can just do boxing an exercise.
Boxing is absolutely good exercise. I may be showing my ignorance, but I've never considered yoga exercise....... just more or less a stretching routine.

I think that boxing is a good exercise because this is a complete exercise program. You can exercise the arm, legs and all of the parts of your body while doing it with a sparring partner.

I agree with you. Here in my country many folks are into boxing now not as a professional just to keep themselves fit and secondary for protection too.
