Becks started his first game since his move to America and lasted 63 minutes in the win against DC United to reach the SuperLiga final.
The ex-Manchester United and Real Madrid star, 32, sent the home crowd wild with a trademark free-kick in the 28th minute.
So he is off the mark.
Thanks Brian

I would say that he did not take a wise decision. He should have remained with Real Madrid.Even in his new club,LA Galaxy,he has not able to perform well

I'd say David Beckham playing for LA Galaxy is more like treating him as a trophy than as a real player - he's not really getting to use his full talent in that team and not being challenged enough as he was in the English Premier League - which is where in my opinion he should have stayed....

yes i too dont appreciate his decision but the presence of a legendary football player in US will definitly make the game more intriguing for the soccer fans.

I just dont why people are making hue and cry about david Beckham playing for a Us club. I dont see any thing in that.Nowadays there are a number of players playing for different club teams. The likes of Ronaldo,Kaka,Ronaldinho are no exception to this. One thing I too agree is David Beckham preferd to play for A us club rather than a team in his own country. There is also a thing that need to be appreciated is that he is vying for the revival of Game in a country like us,His presence may encourage some youngsters to Actively play the game,Although he is not playing up to his potential,His presence it self is a big boost to the game in the US.
