Did you guys see their team this year? Omg its too powerful. They have Kevin Garnet, Ray Allen, and Paul Pierce. Will they bring the Celtics back to their formal glory? :o

The Celtics are good...but I don't think we should crown them champions until we see what Lebron has to say about it. He is the king after all.

The're not really dominating like I thought they would.

I think the Pistons and maybe the Cavs have just as
good of chance of taking the east.

Not dominating? If you call a 49-12, which more than doubles the wins from last season,a poor season, then I guess they're not dominating. All I meant was that we shouldn't give them the NBA title just yet. There was recently another team (New England Patriots) in another sport that was doing very well in another sport. Many thought that they would walk away with the title, but lo and behold they lost.

I could say that they are one of the strongest teams among the NBA teams, but I think that you are over reacting when you say that they should be crowned as the best because there are lots of strong teams out there. One team is the Detroit Pistons which I think is better than the rest of the team.

Again, I reiterate and completely and wholeheartedly agree with Postman. In fact, I'd LOVE to see them go down any time during the playoffs. We will just have to wait and see how it all turns out though.

Like I have mention before there are lots of great team on the NBA. I can’t agree with anyone that we can crown some team now as champion because it is still too early to say so. I think that we should wait and see!

Not dominating?

No....I said not dominating like I THOUGHT THEY WOULD............

I thought this team would lose fewer games and win more fewer
close ones.I have watched them 3 or 4 times, and seen plenty of highlights.
They look beatable, the east is real bad, makes for "looks can be decieving".

I say the Pistons take on the Lakers in the Finals.Boston might lose to the Hawks! Ha!

I agree with you. Their are a good number of teams that are playing fabulously. At present we can't name any one team that is going to win the Playoffs. But still my vote is for LA Lakers.

I just heard reports that Celtics did beat Piston on their opening match. Maybe they have improve a lot and could well made it to the finals. I'm still crossing my fingers for Pistons.

I've thought the Celtics were this year's Eastern Conference team of destiny since the season began. :p

Somewhat unfortunate, because I live in Detroit, but I don't mind that much if they lose to be honest. :)

well celtics are really showing a different game this time and their capabilities are clearly visible.Still nothing can be said about who will make it to the playoffs.

Don’t worry about that because that is just game one and I’m sure that Piston will beat them on the second game. Piston will eventually win and then move to the finals.

Celts can't seem to show consistency though. How many series can they play if they have to go all seven all the time? Bottom line is, Celts won't beat the West if they can't knock off their opponent Detroit in 4-5 games. They'll be too tired and too banged up. Frankly, I think the Cavs took a lot out of them.

The Celtics dominated in last game on Saturday. :( Hopefully, the Detroit Pistons can bounce back next game and then take one in Boston.

The Celtics have been quite impressive, but you never know, this happens a lot where a team looks very promising but ends up disappointing.

I say the Pistons take on the Lakers in the Finals.

Well, I was close, really did think the Pistons would pull it out, but hats off to Boston, they did what they had to do to get where the're at.
They really do look beatable, and Ray Allen has got to wake up, if they have ANY chance to beat the mighty KOBE and the Lakers.

I say the Lakers in 5, look for Celtics to surprise with a first game steal, but I say the Lakes figure their game and win the next 4.Kinda like Boston "shoots" all their wad in the opening game.

I say the Lakers in 5

:D...Not much for basketball predictions....OUCH!

Well at least I did better in college this year picking Kansas to win it all.....;)
