hello all
there are many exercises which can be done when you miss to go to the gym like push ups, chin ups, triceps dips, bar dips, crunches and squats.
can you suggest some more exercises which dont need any equipment?

Walking and swimming will be the two great low-impact exercises that do not required any equipment. You could also do exercises like stretching and sit-ups without any equipment.

When I miss out my gym I make it sure that I do little bit of jogging and few floor exercises,another thing I don't mind to refresh my mind and body is that I dance for a while on few fast tracks.

You could also do the exercise dvds. I have a ton of those and you don't need anything for those videos. I wish I had more videos but I need to save money.

This is an excellent idea. I think it may even be better for you to do body weight exercises because it is more applicable. Also there is less risk of messing up your wrists from the dumbells.

yeah walking and swimming are very good for health but we can do these in our room.If one can afford this much time then he could also go to gym.
