How Far Can You Jump

How high or how far can you jump from a standing position? I think I can only jump up about .10 meters and jump out about 1 meter. :p

Ha ha are you looking for some one good at long jump. If yes i am. I always used to win when i was in school or collage. But that was in long jump. Never tried what wou want i mean standing at one place and jumping. Need to try.

i am not good in high jump or long jump.In college, i tried it and got a serious injury in my knee which still hurts me.

Though never given a thought to this query, but it is quite interesting one.Iused to participate in such competitions at junior school level.Never excelled in it but But I always used to perform reasonably well.

I don't know about how far but I used to be known for jumping really high. It was to the point where I was being ridiculed, they used to call me frogman and toad and other variations.
