I always feel like working out and sweating out to the maximum. But generally people don't mind working out in air conditioned gyms.Is it equally effective both ways.

I think that this works because my gym instructor once told me that I need to loosen those fats by doing some cardio exercises. After doing those cardio exercises then we can switch to weight lifting. He said that this is the one that will help loose those pounds. Combination of cardio and weight lifting is essential in loosing some weight.

I think it is equally effective. I don't think having air conditioning can change the benefits you get from your workout. The only problem is sweat and air conditioning don't go well and you may catch a cold.

i dont prefer working out in air conditioned gyms.A person can do better exercise if the body is warm thats why we do warm up.But A.C cools your body instantly.

i don't think air conditioned gyms are advisable. it is not good for the health because if you are working out, you're releasing body heat and you will really sweat then of course the aircon will dry your sweat up and that is not good.

I think its more of a psychological thing where people think they worked out more when they sweat more, and your brain affects your body so it may just make a difference.
