I'm looking at purchasing a camcorder to tape my daughters indoor volleyball games. I would like to keep the price below $650. I'm looking at hybrid model that record on both discs and memorycard. I'm leaning towards the Panasonic HDC-SX5, but there are a few Sony models with nearly the same features. My main concern in the video quality taken in some of these poorly lighted gyms. If anyone has any advice I would greatly appreciate it.

I tried posting links to two of the models I'm considering, but this site won't let me do that until I've accumilated twenty posts.

I had a sony early digital it was great but pricey.
I have a mini DVD, but it is kinda low quality.
beta max is the way to go. real optical onto analog tap is the best home quality.
